Gutting Replacement and Cabel tidying Peter did a fantastic job on replacing the guttering on my single story extension; and took care of a long running problem I had with cable that the antenna fitter had left running through the gutter.The mess was all taken away and the man is a true gent. If I could give him 11/10 I would!

Flat Roof work I first came across PW Maintenance a couple of years ago when I asked 3 companies for a quote to re-roof my bungalow. Peter was the only one to actually turn up. Excellent value for money – so used him again last week to install an iso rubber sealing coating on a failing flat roof. He also fixed some dodgy guttering above my conservatory. Very polite, tidy and with an excellent team of workers. Goes above and beyond. I fully recommend Peter every time!

Maintenance to roof Peter quoted for a roofing job but then found that the repair work was unnecessary and was able to carry out a much smaller amount of work.
